What this website collects

Nothing about you. The site sets no cookies, has no forms, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Every file comes from boldbirdstudio.com.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data in the USA and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

When you email us

If you email [email protected], we use your address and what you write only to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Email is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing and stored in Google’s Gmail. We delete it when it’s no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email us to do any of these. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
